How to Delete Your Account

Mediqx allows all users to permanently delete their account at any time using the in-app option or by contacting our support team.

Who can delete their account?

If you are a registered healthcare professional (nurse, paramedical staff, therapist), agent, patient, or bystander, you can delete your Mediqx account using either of the two methods below.

Delete directly from the app

You can delete your account instantly from within the Mediqx app by following these steps:

Open & Login

Open the Mediqx app and log in using your registered mobile number.

Go to Profile

Tap on your profile picture located at the bottom-right corner. Your personal profile page will open.

Select Delete Option

Select the option "Delete Your Account".

Complete Deletion

Choose a reason for deleting your account, accept the Terms & Conditions, then tap "Delete Account".

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately after confirmation.

Delete via email

If you are unable to access or log in to the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Include your details

Use your registered email ID or mention your registered mobile number clearly in the email.

Request processed

Our support team will verify your details and delete your account with immediate effect once confirmed.

Important Note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All associated data will be removed as per Mediqx's data retention and privacy policy.
